  I'm a Uber driver and I was getting a order at this sonic. And the worker Justin would not help me resolve this issue, he was rude and after I call Uber, like it gave me instructions too on the app. Whenever this happens. I hit the button to the mic. And he would not talk to me, nobody would help me resolve this issue.\n And I think that it is messed up how to treat your customers. There's got to be better ways of handling conflicts. Old business issues, then the way the sonic is doing\nI know back when I was younger fired for this type of stuff nowadays.It's like its accepted the manager would not help me either

  Worst shake I’ve ever had. Should’ve just made chocolate milk at home. Melted before it got to me, no cherry, and minimal whipped cream. Not to mention the car hopper should not be in a customer service job lol. “Here you go”, and zero “have a nice day”. Knew I should’ve went to Whataburger for a shake.

  I ordered a smasher cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato only, and got a bunch with lettuce and tomato...no meat or cheese!!! What! Are you kidding me? 😳 for that they charged me $10 ! Never has this happened to me ever in my life! Unfortunately I don't live there and we were passing through and could not go back. What is wrong with the people that work there? Seriously??

  Ordered ahead through the app, checked in. 5 minutes later the app updated and said my order was delivered, twas not. I kept waiting and no one was coming with our food but cars that pulled up after us were getting theirs almost immediately. After 25 minutes I finally flagged down an employee and asked them what was going on, why the app said it was picked up when no one brought out our things. He took one look at my phone and knew my order. Went inside, grabbed it, and didn't say anything to me as he handed it over. All the food was ice cold. The mozzarella sticks were soggy, fries cold and hard. They weren't busy, it was a small order. It was almost like they deliberately just avoided bringing my order out.

  I just waited over 20 minutes for three drinks, and not even a single one was made properly. We had two route 44s with sweet cream and coconut and a medium with cherry vanilla and extra sweet cream. Both 44s were plain and the medium had just coconut and not much either, terrible service for the time spent
