  If I could leave a zero star i would, food is always great but customer service at this location, absolutely the worst ever.... ordered through the app for delivery, an hour late, when calling, got hung up on 3 times, got told to call door dash, and didn't order through door dash but their app, was told all their delivered are through door dash, i told them they would need to call them, not me, then when asked to speak to a manager I was told they were busy and I would have to call back. When I said I would hold, they literally say the phone down and let me hear all the background noise..... will never go to this location if not another panera again regardless of how good the food is.

  We used to really enjoy Panera Bread, but lately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Orders frequently arrive incorrect or missing items, and the lack of quality control has made it unreliable.

  My wife and I have never been to a Panera bread. If they are all like this one with the mellow music and great atmosphere I believe all Panera breads are good to go to. The food was really fresh and excellent and the bread that came with my soup was delicious. Well you didn't try the cookies but if we had the time and opportunity we probably would have left with a dozen.

  Overall it was an exceptional visit I suppose, wasn't really the friendliest location at all... Not sure I'll be back... This location definitely could use some more love.

  It’s a solid cafe to get a meal. Things have changed like they don’t smear cream cheese you get a tube of your desired flavor. The food supply chain quality has decreased it’s noticeable.
