My only complaint was on my last trip, 2 young ladies were openingly complaining about their male co-worker; one being a Supervisor over him. They didn't care that 3 customers were standing 2 feet directly in front of them. If it weren't Christmas time, I would have really made a big deal to their Area Manager. Their behavior was very unpleasant, dishearting, and disrespectful. Poor guy, he has 2 co-workers who'll set him up to be terminated.

And that was at 10:30 next time we came in, it was 11 o'clock and they told me it was going to take an hour to get the soup going, not sure what's going on.
