I have been told multiple times to pull up in the past and get left at the window for 20 minutes or more at a time when it’s nothing but a chicken nugget meal and watch multiple people behind me get served but I also get home to discover I only have four nuggets in a 10 piece nugget meal. The workers are rude and the wait times are ridiculous. Go to any other McDonald’s but this one , they never help here.

We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just for them to tell us they couldn’t make change for a $20. And when i asked as to why they weren’t telling people when the order the little girl at the window was completely disrespectful and rude and said it wasn’t her problem.

Still waited 17 minutes for my food. Took away the convenience of letting get refills. I know Chick fil a does this but there is someone “always” at the counter to refill my drink. My point is this place is jacking up the price, keeping the food “okay”, making you put the order in, and taking your convenience away. I seriously will not be surprised if they go out of business. Chick fil a takes your order and actually can get your food to you in a timely manner. Honestly for around the same price. It’s the service that’s killing them.
