Very accommodating for gluten-free needs. One of the only few places I trust to not get glutened. You do need to pay attention and make sure they understand your allergy needs, since some of the newer employees seem to get a little confused with of all the necessary safety precautions that come with gluten intolerance/ celiacs disease.

Went to chipotle for dinner. No one in line, Manager Branden took my order. I had two orders to go both burrito bowls my first order had white rice, black beans, chicken lettuce cheese queso. When he gave me the white rice, they were low on white rice so he scooped what was left and put it in the bowl and didn’t ask or offer me more rice. He continued moving over to the black bean side. I asked him for more rice and he seemed very irritated inside and rolled his eyes because I wanted more than a single scoop of rice when I can see a complete bottom empty bowl with literally what is considered a leftover grains of rice from the spoon and thinks that that’s OK as a manager to serve to a customer for a $15 bowl is absolutely ridiculous. Once he finished making the ball he asked if I had anything else and I said yes, that’s it for that bowl and then he proceeded to say ““ well how many more do you have with attitude. I told him I have one more ball. I went to make my second bowl that consisted of white rice, double chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, and sour cream. Branden then proceeded to tell me that he’s out of white rice and that I had to wait that’s fine once I waited for the white rice to cook. He then proceeded to make my bowl with again a single scoop of white rice that doesn’t fill the bottom of the bowl. I asked him for extra rice and he then proceeded again with attitude. He gypped me on every single free item that Chipotle offers, I am a customer that eats chipotle five out of seven days a week. I have the screenshots of my Bank Account to prove it as a manager and as someone who used to work at Chipotle back in 2021 This is absolutely not any way to treat a customer especially for someone who is a regular rice is free. Beans is free. Corn is free lettuce is free. Pico is free. Sour cream is free. Everything is free except for extra protein queso and guac. I ordered my food at 8:16 PM at the Greenville location. It wasn’t around closing time and there was absolutely no one in the store. I was the only one in line there was absolutely no reason for him to treat me like that and act like it was an inconvenience for him to make my food as a manager in a leadership position, this is unacceptable. He didn’t say have a good day. He didn’t talk to me in a respectable manner he rolled his eyes he side, and he rolled his shoulders on anything that I asked him to do or make. I knew he was a manager because of the college shirt that he was wearing, and I asked the person at checkout what his name was, and they went and proceeded to tell me that that is my manager, Brandon. I was not rude. I didn’t come in with attitude. I didn’t come in commanding things. I walked in with a good attitude because I was having a very good day and just wanted chipotle for dinner for my family. I didn’t speak to him in a disrespectful manner I don’t understand why Branden thought that this was acceptable. I don’t know Branden‘s last name, but he is Hispanic with black hair and he was closing tonight. Chipotle, I hope that you do something to resolve this manner as this was completely unacceptable and as a manager in a leadership position for another company, I would never treat customers like this as I understand. Customer service is very important for business. Manager Brandon If you’re reading this, I hope that in the future, you do not do this to other customers and understand the importance of customer service, even if you are having a bad day, the way that you act in the way that you speak to others reflect heavily on those who work under you and that have respect for you

This location needs better management. The manager on duty was extremely lazy and unhelpful. There were 12 of us waiting in the mobile order line and only two employees were trying to handle all the orders by themselves, clearly overwhelmed and running back and forth. Another girl at the register tried to go help them, but the manager stopped her and just stood there watching instead of helping her team. That is not leadership this is supposed to be teamwork, not standing around with a title while others struggle. Awful service from the manager. The two guys and the girl working were very polite and handled it the best they could under the circumstances.
