  always out of something. after waiting 15 minutes for ONE person to be helped.

  Food was mostly good. The chips were stale. They were out of all the frescas except the Orange , which is not our favorite. Staff said it would take like 10 minutes to make any of the other ones. There were no napkins out either. The female server on duty seem to have a bad attitude with the staff and customers. She was just slapping the food onto the dishes with an attitude. The staff was arguing amongst each other. The gentleman at the cash register seemed very frustrated as well. Most of the tables were dirty. They started playing music from the kitchen on this little bitty radio that had such poor quality but they had it loud enough to hear from the tables. Honestly, it was a pretty rough experience. Not sure that I'll be returning to this location again.

  The pricing is ridiculous, you could eat way better at a restaurant for the price you pay. Up charges for everything. I didn't know if I would like a sauce so I asked for it on the side and they charged extra just to have it on the side. The sauce ended up not tasting good as well. Chips were over salted and the queso is gross. I paid over $60 for 3 bowls and half of it went to the trash.

  I’ve been to Chipotle multiple times within the last few months. The food is great however, there are things I’ve noticed with the staff. This scenario has happened the last two times. There’s an older woman that works the line who is so super sweet but her coworkers next to her are so mean and rude to her. Talking over her and taking over when she knows what she’s doing. Today (4/7/26 around 12pm) it was a young african american woman and young mexican woman that was being mean to her. It just makes me feel bad and I know I definitely would not want to work there if that is their culture treating each other that way.

  Went to get dinner for my family at 7:30, they were completely out of chicken and steak. The meat they did have was a very small amount and looked as if it was sitting there for a very long time. There were multiple people in line waiting and they were only telling people as they came up to the window to order. We were told it would be 20-30 minutes if we wanted to wait. This is ridiculous for a high traffic/dinner rush.
