I called and they said they would make it up to us. A month later and I get a coupon for the meal they forgot and a coupon for a cookie. I thought Chick-fil-a was better than that.

I made a call and they quickly resolved this mistake with free cfa cards and even offered to deliver the correct order 20 minutes from the restaurant. I am very pleased and thank you to Cathy and Trish for delivering my meal. 10/10 service
