  My husband and I had the pleasure of sharing a late lunch at the Grapevine location on April 19th, seated in Henry's section. Not our first visit, but the most memorable. We ordered an appetizer, salads, entrees, and dessert. The fried mozzarella is like none I've ever seen and SO good. My request to modify an item was no problem and the result was better than I expected. My husband's steak was just the way he likes it. Desserts were delicious. But there's more. The service. I was seated facing the house and the wait staff was amazing. They were in constant motion, they weren't empty handed, and they were all smiling. A waiter other than Henry walked by, saw a dish we'd just finished, and whisked it away. A pet peeve of ours is being rushed, but that didn’t happen here. There was plenty of time to enjoy the app before the entrees arrived. The manager (Missy) was on the floor, too, right in the middle of things. We had a chance to chat with her while awaiting our desserts and complimented her staff on their teamwork and attention to detail. Her willingness to be on the floor with the team tells me a lot about why everything went so smoothly. We had a great experience, will definitely return, and highly recommend.

  We were very welcomed when we walked in by Missy with a Beautiful Smile and Graciousness. She escorted us and shared a short conversation as a thank you for coming in. She checked on us during our meal making sure we were being taken care of. Our waitress Jennifer was very accommodating and attentive to our table. . Missy came back to our table after we completed our meal and asked about the food quality and service. , which was all great and she thanked us for coming. We will return again to this location because the food quality is good and the friendly service makes the dining experience very enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel like family and appreciated.

  My husband and I had such a wonderful experience today at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Grapevine! From start to finish, everything was absolutely top-notch. The service was outstanding, and our filets were cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered them. We also joined the Landry’s Select Club during our visit, and Missy went above and beyond by sitting down with us to help register our card and walk us through downloading the app. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable, and we’re genuinely excited to start using all the benefits as new members! A big thank you as well to Brandy, the manager, for allowing Missy to take the time to help us—it really made a difference in our experience. And we can’t forget Jake, our server, who was fantastic. We’ll definitely be asking for him every time we come back! If you’re in the mood for an amazing steak and exceptional service, do yourself a favor and head over to Saltgrass Steakhouse in Grapevine, TX. We’ll absolutely be back!

  My husband and I stopped in for a burger on Saturday afternoon. The greeters were a bit rude however that was forgotten when the server Ryan came along. He was absolutely top notch. I have a tendency to drink a lot of iced tea with lunch and he never let my glass get empty. As we were finishing up, the floor manager, Missy came over to see how we were doing. We started talking to her and wow! she is definitely in the right industry and we are praying that she goes far in her career. She definitely is made for the Hospitality industry. So, what started out as a mediocre experience, ended as a fantastic experience because of Ryan and Missy.

  We recently dined at Saltgrass Steak House and had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We ordered the brisket queso, range rattlers, porterhouse steaks, and cheesecake — and every single item was delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the brisket queso was easily a standout favorite. But what truly made our experience exceptional was our waiter, Troy. He was hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. He was friendly, funny, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu, made great recommendations, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to find service that genuinely elevates a meal like that, but Troy absolutely did. We will definitely be back next visit down from Wisconsin! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and even better service.
