We had a friend visiting from Scotland and she had always wanted to go to Rainforest Cafe, as it was on her bucket list. So we all went over here for the atmosphere. Sadly it was worth it from one aspect bu completely not worth going overall.
First off the server was beyond nice and friendly. She as super helpful and nice.
The ambiance was awesome. My young girl loved the random rainstorms that go on, the animal noises, and so much ore IT was very cool to be apart of it when it all goes off.
The issue was the food. The food was overpriced and horrid. The burgers and fajitas were on point, but not wroth it for the price. The fries on the other hand were soggy, flimsy, and tasted like a wet sock and smelt bad. The fish and chips platter was non-edible. My inlaws got that one and the fish was rubber and the fries were even worse.
Honestly this will be the last time we visit this establishment due to the cost and lack of flavor/edibleness of the food.

I wish I could review solely on the service of our great bartender Justin. I would give 5+ ⭐️’s. Justin is charismatic, attentive, and has a great memory of his customers…We missed our reservation for our granddaughter’s 3rd Birthday Dinner because our daughter (who has 2 children- 3 years old and 3 months old) was running late and this restaurant won’t seat a party until EVERYONE arrives. We couldn’t even set up a cute birthday table for a :3 year old because we weren’t all accounted for. We waited in the bar (where we ordered drinks and apps from Justin) and when our party of 4 adults and 1 child and baby were all present, we were told our reservation was no longer available. So we were given the option of eating in the bar (for a 3 year olds birthday). This is THE MOST ABDURD rule for a primarily children’s restaurant. Thank goodness for Justin. He was beyond accommodating (in the bar) and saved me from really making a scene. THANK YOU JUSTIN 5 stars ⭐️ ✨ for YOU and YOU only!

This place has really gone downhill. The food quality is poor, and the overall experience doesn’t come close to what you’d expect—especially at a themed restaurant like Rainforest Cafe. What used to feel fun and unique now feels disappointing and neglected.
The service only adds to the frustration. The staff often come across as rude or uninterested, and there’s little effort made to create a welcoming or enjoyable atmosphere. For a place that’s supposed to be about the experience as much as the food, that’s a big letdown.
It’s especially unfortunate because this used to be a go-to spot and a fun destination back in the day. Now, it feels like it’s lost its charm completely and has become more of a negative presence in the mall than a highlight.
There’s definitely potential here if improvements were made, but as it stands, it’s hard to recommend. Hopefully, management takes steps to bring back the quality and experience that made this place popular in the first place.

Ok so first off the server was the best part of the whole experience. Our server made sure our drinks were full and we were as happy as we could be and understood about the food and got it changed out quickly and never gave a stank face! Our server was Milante he was awesome HE should be promoted if I’m extremely honest he had more customer service than the male manager I talked to. That leads to the most disgusting 7-11 style bathroom me and my 5 yr old walked into I was disgusted when I opened the doors there was trash all over the bathroom on the floor on the toilets in the stalls on the counter there was pee on the floor trash over flowing and a Hispanic employee with long black hair big lashes and a Beaty mark just by the baby changing table on her phone texting and then grabs a paper towel uses it to pull the door open crumbles it up and tosses it onto the grown as she walks out not any care in the world….r u kidding?? Then when I go to tell the manager how bad the bathrooms were he is just annoyed the whole time and hated the fact I took pictures. When I got back to the table my husband said the men’s bathroom was just as bad and turns out they only cleaned the woman’s bathroom up and left the men’s and when our food came out my husbands and kids and my cousins food was over salted! The rainforest cafe is to dang expensive for service like this we haven’t been in years and first time for my kids we wanted to come because it was me my husbands and one of my daughters birthday dinner because our birthdays are so close together and I think after this we will just forget this places is a thing that was sadly silly. I didn’t want to take pictures with others in the bathroom and didn’t get most the trash by the door and the other stalls because people came in. But from what u can see I’m not lying it was gross for how nice this place is supposed to be.

Yesterday, April 4th around 8:30 PM, I visited Rainforest Cafe with my family and unfortunately had a very poor experience from start to finish.
Our server, Victoria, was not welcoming or courteous from the moment we were seated. She approached the table with a negative attitude and did not greet us properly—she simply asked what we wanted to order. When we asked for water, she seemed bothered and took a while to return.
When we placed our order, there was a language barrier, but instead of confirming or repeating the order to ensure accuracy, she made no effort to clarify. As a result, part of our order was incorrect.
Our food arrived, and Victoria never came back to check on us, ask if everything was okay, or offer refills—even though water was the only thing we were drinking.
One of the most disappointing moments was when my sister did not receive part of her meal (her meat). When we brought it up, Victoria said she would check if the kitchen was still open. She disappeared for about 15 minutes, and we had to follow up ourselves, only to be told that the kitchen was closed. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer a solution or compensation.
After that, Victoria completely disappeared, and we had to ask another server for help to get the check. That server, in contrast, was very kind and attentive.
