  First time at a Portillos’s and this restaurant was immaculate! The dining room attendant was very nice and the kitchen staff were equally friendly, professional, and accommodating! I was very impressed and food is good too! Highly recommend!

  The detail to the ticket is definitely lacking. I ordered and was charged for sweet and hot peppers. None. I also, had to ask for the extra cup of gravy I ordered.

  I go here because it is one of my husband's favorites. Definitely not mine, but I got a salad this go round, and it was rather disappointing. Lettuce was wilted, the chicken was very dry and had to go back up to get my dressing corrected. That said the folks working there were on top of it and showed great hospitality and service.

  Had been seeing these pop-up in DFW for a while and thought they were just Chicago style hot dog places until I saw an online Ad that showcased their burgers, so that made me curious. After getting my car serviced at Sewell down the street, I decided to give it a try. I walked in to several self-service kiosks that I refuse to use in any restaurant, but there was a human waiting at the cash register at the end so I went to her... I was immediately greeted with lorem friendly energy and a friendly hello and asked how she could help me and I told her this was my first time so she instantly went into educational mode and told me everything I needed to know and how to order, very refreshing, especially in DFW. I got my drink, went to my table and waited on my order. It wasn't even 3 minutes and there it was. I sat down and got everything prepared. As I was taking my first bite of my burger, my face did this involuntary surprised, shocked look even before I could take the entire bite. The aroma and the taste of the perfectly charred burger fills your senses with surprise. To say that I was extremely happy I found portillo's is an understatement. In the sea of mediocre burgers.... You guys stand out immensely. The restaurant was absolutely spotless and welcoming. Unfortunately I could not say the same for the bathrooms. They were pretty dirty and neglected. But that won't deter me. I will definitely be back and be a regular customer. Bravo to your excellent service and burgers!

  I have tried everything in the menu, and really like them all. I always ask for the cheese sauce for my fries. I wished there was always someone on the cashier spot, as I personally like interaction with a human being when ordering my food bs using the self check kiosks. Never been to the bathroom, so don’t know how clean they are. Service is usually fast, and food is always same taste and quality. Love the promotional system you get on emails for free or discounted items.
