- CSCyliest Smith5 days ago1.0I come here a lot and I always am kind because I’m also in the service industry as well. I get the same bowl and always pay extra for extra Nutella. I always make sure to check and see if they did it because I paid for it right? So the last 2 times I’ve had to ask go get more and this last time they said they put it under the granola ….. that’s fine but I paid for extra like more than the average amount is what that means and I paid for it it’s not like I’m asking for it for free.. the employee was a male 5’6 had a lot of hair pretty long but it was put up with converse on. After they wouldn’t give me anymore I said ok and as I’m leaving I hear him start talking about me so I’m writing this because I don’t see the problem with giving me what I paid for and I’m never rude to you so there should be no reason to not give the services or be kind .. He definitely needs to be put back in training or fired.

- MBMarisol BNov 1, 20251.0I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and paid extra for jerk sauce. I unwrapped it and it appeared like they put nothing on it, not even the regular amount. It was so dry and bland. If you go down to someone else’s review from a year ago you can see her wrap looks prepared perfectly the sauce is obviously there. Where do you see the sauce on mine? Nowhere to be seen. They use to make them thicker too, so disappointing.

The food is so healthy, the chicken and lettuce is fresh and tastes like good quality, super fast service, and the smoothie was literally the best I’ve ever had. This will become a regular spot for me.

The smoothies are always fresh, tasty, and hit the spot — especially on a hot day. I also love how many choices they have; it’s easy to find something that fits whatever I’m in the mood for. Great people, great smoothies, great vibe all around! Love this place and the owner supports Ladies Sports at Grapevine High School which always love it... Thank you ....
