My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed out the mistake, the employees became defensive and started yelling at me through the drive-thru window. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to fix the issue, they blamed me for their mistake. To make matters worse, two additional employees came up to the drive-thru window and accused us of lying, insisting the order was correct when it clearly was not. I have never experienced such disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior at a drive-thru before. Mistakes happen, but being shouted at and called a liar for simply asking for the correct order is completely unacceptable. This experience was humiliating and left us feeling angry and disrespected. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here.
