Dudes behind the intercom was shouting and his mic was peaking, asked "sir?" To have him repeat what he said, dude goes off about "do you speak english?? Whats all this back and forth, whats going on here" Just drove off :/ i wanted some cheesy sticks mannn how could you do this to me 🥀🥀🥀

This review is for Cameron specifically. Cameron was the only food runner tonight, and was working so hard, ensuring that every customer had their meal on time and had everything they needed. He was also super sweet. Give him a raise. Management should do better scheduling enough workers on duty. Shout out to him!

specifically writing about how rude mars was. there were issues with the intercom and i couldn’t hear them well and after my 4th “sorry what?” they said “im done” and cancelled the order. i didnt feel i was being unkind at all i genuinely wasnt even upset at the intercom i just couldn’t hear. i rang the button again and it was ignored so i moved to another lane where mars barely spoke and was rude when they came back out with the order. i pride myself in being very kind to service workers because i understand how much the job sucks as a former barista but that attitude was so uncalled for and unacceptable
