  We enjoyed dinner at the Grapevine location and had a fantastic experience. The food was cooked to perfection, and the speed of service was excellent. Zeke did a great job taking care of us and made sure everything was just right. It was the perfect way to end a long day. We’ll definitely be back!

  The table right next to us must have had the manager and his wife or someone famous, some employs came over and said hi but, one stayed for a long time talking with this folks very loudly to the point my wife and I had to repeat each other's conversation. They arrived after ys and received their food promptly,, well before ours. This particular waiter was very attentive to them after they got there food and kinda of hovered watching them.....very dishearting to come to a place that is very well hyped up. I'm sure thus post won't go anywhere except on facebook.....SN, Ryan was an exceptional waiter. Very knowledgable a out menu and specials

  The steak is always fantastic at this saltgrass. However the service is always better. Lissette our server couldn’t have done any better. She was always there when we needed her and left us to our conversation when we didn’t need her. Brandy, the manager, came to check on us at a time during our dinner and we had nothing but great things to say. Can’t wait until the next visit. P.S. order an old fashioned

  Sat in there for 30 minutes this evening and was ignored by the server twice. I’m assuming because I was by myself and two other parties, a two person and a 5 person sat down a few minutes after I did. I watched as both other parties were able to order drink and appetizers as I sat with a menu. I tried twice to get the servers attention but he turned around and walked alway without a glance. I really wanted to order pork chops and a baked sweet potato. Sad to say after 30 minutes I got up and left. The hostess said thanks for dining with us. I said I didn’t get the chance but thanks and walked out. I would have understood if the section was busy but it wasn’t. Out of 6 or 8 tables only three were full and I was one. Needless to say, I am eating sushi now across the highway.

  We are diners club card holders. I had made a reservation earlier in the week due to it being Valentines on Saturday. Apperantly there was an issue with my reservation at 9:30pm and other's like me were in the same boat. Manager was helpless, he needed conformation numbers or proof. The only thing he offered was for us to an hour or more to be accomedated as there were many 8pm guests still ahead of us that were also delayed. I chose to eat at the bar instead, great service at the bar but much rather had been sat in a more intimate setting. This place is very unorganized! People were upset, some waited outside in their cars, while others were in the waiting area. The reason why I paid for this dining card was to enjoy Saltgrass, as this was my only reason for joining. This was indeed very dissapointing.
