**NOTE: THEY DONT ALLOW SAME DAY RESERVATIONS ON THE WEEKEND ** SUUUUUUPER expensive.....$20 just for a burger $25 for appetizer plate. I get the concept and for tiny kids it might be cute. It reminded me of the old Show Biz / Chucky cheese with the animatronic characters. Just seems a bit outdated. Could use a bit of updates to the atmosphere. For what they charge they should definitely be able to afford it. I did appreciate that there were inexpensive items options in the gift shop and the themed cup my daughter got was reasonable. However, the drink apparently is an additional charge!? The server was absolutely fantastic. The host was amazing as well juggling the chaos even though he had a broken arm. All and all unfortunately with the $145.00 for 2 meals, 2 drinks and an appetizer we most likely wont be back. (I might make an exception for desert only with the grandkids) I think about those who would love to bring their kids there and wouldn't be able to affor anything. My advice would be adding at the minimum 1 or 2 affordable small simple options in order to open the opportunity to a broader audience.

Absolutely horrible experience. We made a reservation 7 days in advance for a party of 12. When we arrived, the customer service was so disgraceful we canceled the reservation before we even sat down. The manager on duty Sunday, March 1st around 5:15pm was rude, disrespectful and crude. The front hostesses were also incompetent. I will never give my money to this establishment and I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone else.

Well now, let me tell y’all somethin’ — Jessi over at Rainforest Cafe is an absolute treasure. From the minute we sat down, she treated us like Sunday dinner guests instead of just another table. Sweet as sweet tea and sharp as a tack, that girl didn’t miss a beat. Drinks stayed full, plates came out just right, and she checked on us without hoverin’ — which, bless it, is a rare gift these days. Even with all the jungle noise carryin’ on — elephants hollerin’, storms rumblin’, the whole shebang — Jessi kept her cool and handled everything smoother than butter on a warm biscuit. You could tell she genuinely cared that we were havin’ a good time, not just goin’ through the motions. And let me say this plain: service like that ain’t taught overnight. That’s pride in your work. That’s hospitality done right. If you find yourself at Rainforest Cafe, do yourself a favor and ask for Jessi. She’ll take care of you proper. Five stars don’t even cover it — she’s the whole magnolia tree.

We celebrated a birthday with friends at this location and the kids all enjoyed the experience. The restaurant was very well designed and is great visually. The gift shop is a nice touch and there are several large fish tanks and interactive rainforest animals and trees. I will say you are definitely paying for the atmosphere as the location itself is not in the best shape and the food is not up to par with what they are charging. You are looking at most meals starting around $20+. The menu is fairly limited and they don’t seem to offer any specials or new items. At one point my daughter dropped some of her toys under the table, we used a phone to make sure we got everything and were horrified at the disturbingly dirty floor. Best they keep the lights low as they currently do… because it is bad. One of the chairs at our table was broken, one member of our party had to be cautious while sitting because it was really wobbly. The service itself was nothing to complain about, our waiter was attentive and did a great job. Food took an extremely long time to come out which was odd because they were not busy at all. Unfortunately one of our orders had to be remade. Several of our group were unimpressed with their dishes. The carrots served with the meatloaf were extremely undercooked and too tough to bite into. The flatbread appetizer was good, however it was not cut at all. I can’t imagine a sharable appetizer should have been served as a whole without being sliced. It made it very difficult to eat and ended up falling apart as we had to try and tear at it and cut it with a butter knife. The cocktails are very heavily sweetened and not properly balanced. The order we had remade came out so late that we were all ready to leave. Upon getting home and opening the Togo boxes we noticed the order was remade incorrectly a second time. Needless to say I think there needs to be more oversight on the condition and cleanliness as well as the kitchen. We have been to several Rainforest Cafes before and know it is for the experience, however it was highly disappointing to pay so heavily for something so underwhelming.
