  The food was ok . This was our first and last time here. I ordered a #3 and my friend ordered #1 so that means its a combo , for my order which was #3 the cashier gave me an empty cup but for the other item which was # 1 she didn’t so i asked her where’s the other cup so she told me that # 1 don’t come with a drink and fries , then she asked me if i want fries and a drink and i said yes but i told her that’s misleading. # 1 means a combo cause i didn’t ask for a sandwich only. Y’all can see for yourself in the photo . If my #3 was a combo then why the #1 was not.

  Only half the staff has on gloves Also I ordered melted mozzarella cheese on my sandwich it wasn’t on there and I went up and she didn’t even offer to remake it she just handed me cold cheese I said you won’t remake it she told me I guess if you want me to and she was the manager the worst customer service

  Very high quality sandwich, but not a lot of flavor unless you add the extras like peppers, cheese, and onions, and then in will be very expensive. Perhaps the Chicago style hot dogs are the way to go. Restaurant is clean, but too loud and not comfortable. As for service, I do not use kiosks or drive thru orders so you can save on labor, ordering was good at the counter. Your order is called out very loud which would make an uncomfortable experience when dining in. This is an example of what the "hospitality" industry has become, which is not a positive! In and Out is around the corner, better service, not overly loud, and clean!

  Great place to eat!!! Our party of 3 arrived on a Sunday around 4pm. There was no wait and were able to order immediately. There are 3 kiosks to order from but those were occupied so we ordered at the counter. We got the big burger bundle + bacon (cheeseburger, fries & drink) which is $9.99 + tax. We also got their famous chocolate cake. The food was ready within a few minutes and was great!!!! We were too full to eat the cake so we took that home for later. We will definitely be coming back 😊
