  Late night, 1 ish. Long wait, seriously, Long. 10 or so minutes 🤔. However, the 🍟 fries were 🔥 hot, the big Mac on point 👉. The few people working 💪 were slow but put out the food 👌. I understand it's a holiday. Props for the workers who showed up. Thanks 😊 🫂

  Worst service ever. Unhygienic and rude to paying customers. They lie as if they called the order so keep an eye on them while they’re making everything. I know McDonald’s has a bad rep but this has got to be the worst place ever, none of them deserve their jobs genuinely. Maybe it was a bad night but since it’s new years and they’re at least getting paid time and a half they should at least be moving faster

  if i could give one star i would. this place is not only slow as heck but the staff are unhygienic. a blonde lady has her hair down and keeps touching her face while serving food. the worst service i’ve ever experienced in my life. same blonde claimed they had been calling our order for a while when we were right at the counter and not a single person said the order number. i understand it’s new years but they should work a bit better considering they’re getting time and half at least for even been here today. horrible horrendous people. worst staff i’ve ever met

  Visited this place Tuesday evening. the chicken nuggets and French fries, i ordered was soaked in oil and the oil used was so bad n greasy, the nuggets tasted terrible. After taking one bite, i immediately informed the staff and requested for a refund. the staff informed the manager ( a black lady) and she asked me for the receipt. i said , i ordered via kiosk and it didn't give any receipt. for 5 mins, she argued with me that she cannot issue refund without the receipt to which i replied to check the recent orders in their system since i didn't get a physical copy of the receipt. While this was happening, she asked me if i finished all the food i ordered and then asking for a refund. that was absolutely unprofessional and insulting. i was really frustrated hearing that and i told her that's not the way to talk to a customer. Finally, another staff was able to help and i got the refund after 10 mins. The lady needs training on basis manners and how to be courteous to customers.

  The worst of all I have ever visited. El.peor de todos los que he visitado además por alguna razón nunca hay helado (no vayan para este restaurante) el pan estaba viejo igual que las papas y por no se cuantas veces no hay helado.
