  Fun way to spend a few hours with bowling, pool, games, and other activities. Food is decent. Caters to parties and groups. Specials available, so check online for promotions. Lots of parking. Signage tough to see when approaching from the back by the hotel.

  Had a great experience at Main Event. We showed up pretty close to closing time, but they still managed to squeeze us in at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Even with the limited time, we were able to play both laser tag and bowling, and both were a lot of fun. The bowling lanes were in great condition and the laser tag was exciting, so we still got a really good experience even though it was late. Overall, great service and a really enjoyable visit.

  The cost of bowling plus shoe rental for 1.5 hours is outrageous. Service was alright. Most of the staff just stood around and huddled around a game near the entrance. Didn't buy food as we ate prior. I reduced my score to 3 after thinking about it more. Probably will never go back.

  We have been coming to this location every weekend to every other weekend for the past 10-12 years. The manager and several of the bartenders know my parents by name and are AMAZING but they tend to have a lot of turnover in the other areas. While most people are nice, today we had exceptional service with the young lady operating the new Human Crane game, I believe her name tag said Achilles. We have 10 kids that come with us, but only 8 were with us today and 6 of them were tall enough for the game. She was extremely patient with us and helped the 3 older kids get started, even when others started crowding around and it got busy she stayed patient and focused on the ones whose turn it was, helping them to choose what prizes they wanted to go for all the while greeting the new customers politely and answering their questions. What really set her apart was my 3 year old was heartbroken that he wasn’t tall enough to go. She knelt down and talked to him, distracted him by asking what prize he liked best and helped him pick one for his brothers. My 4 and 5 year old ended up being too scared to go but she again knelt down and tried to show them the prizes and encourage them. Even though they still decided not to go, she helped them choose prizes and let the older girls go to get them for them since we had already paid. I was very impressed and would like to say thank you!!

  Our server, Sassy, was unfortunately very rude. She got our drink order wrong and had an attitude when bringing up her mistake. She laughed in our face when we tried discussing a refund. Manager was sweet though and gave me a refund.
