  I come here often, I love everyone I’ve met who works there. Except there is one employee who is consistently condescending and not as friendly as any employee who works with people should be. I don’t know her by name although she has chunky highlights.. Today as I went through I asked for no caramel on the bottom of my drink (unaware of how they were made.) She gave me a weird look and told me that “it’s the physics of how the caramel works”..I quickly realized that the caramel is put on top and it just sinks down. (now that seems obvious.. but I was oblivious) And It was very weird to tell me about the physics of the caramel.. I hadn’t asked for one, and I also didn’t have any problem with the fact that she first told me it’s put on top. I did not need the extra information. I’ve had a few unpleasant interactions with her that I can’t recall the details of.. But honestly every time I see that it’s going to be her taking my order I feel uncomfortable.

  I have been to this place before and it’s like so good and service always great. But today I got there walking and I waited about 5-8 min two employees inside that obviously saw me even one came up close to the window but didn’t open the window. After two other clients got there and they waited also. I got annoyed and frustrated because they didn’t take my order so I headed back to the car and I saw back and right when I left the other clients got taken care of. Really bad service I don’t know why they didn’t take care of me and they did with them how I said before I’ve been to this place many times and it’s always great. The food. The drinks are good but this time the service wasn’t.

  I've always had quick service with a smile over here. The drinks are delicious and the staff are always kind! I always go thru the drive thru and never have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time.

  Hello! I just want to start off by saying that I love this Dutch Bros location! It has been one of the best locations I’ve ever went to in the sense of customer service! But especially today…. I was on the way to my second shift and was honestly pretty exhausted! And then MICHAEL was taking my order and completely made my day! He suggested me a drink and he even helped me pick my drink! Michael made my day so much better with their amazing customer service! But it didn’t stop there with Michael, he then told me that drink was on him! Overall, Michael went above and beyond! He is amazing! Peyton at the front window also was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met as well! And just was the cherry on top with my experience! I love you, Dutch Bros! 💙
