  Coffee was made completely wrong. They tried to fix it but failed. Tea was made correct after the 2nd time Donut had a funky glaze, not the usual but taste was good. Muffin topping was definitely not Dunkin's normal. It seems like it was melted & spread on. A very crunchy, burnt taste & zero flavor to the coffee cake muffin. It's apparent that the employees were NOT trained properly! Disappointed that this location doesn't accept the mobile app for orders & payments, plus they don't accept gift cards. FYI: I'm a loyal & extremely frequent customer who travels to other States as well. This store definitely failed Dunkin's supposed "standard".

  They try to close at 5:30 instead of 6PM so you can't order anything hot just cold. They block the trash can to make sure you do not throw anything, either.
