  Coffee is wayyy too hot! You will need to wait 20min at least to drink it. Please not so hot!! I burned my tongue just after waiting 10min. And I order coffees often all around.

  Ordered turkey bacon avocado bagels online. Specified one with no aioli, both add cheddar. Finally got there to pick them up as our flight was really late getting in and one bagel had absolutely no meat, the other one had turkey but no bacon and only one had cheddar and neither one had sauce. I've never seen an establishment mess up an order so bad. They also never notified us that our order was ready in the first place. When I just asked for a refund since we missed our flight altogether and wanted to go get a larger meal, they said they couldn't because their iPad was down... When I said ok let's just remake them, the employee argued with me about what was supposed to be on our sandwiches when I literally have the receipt in front of me. Finally just walked away with no food and out $30. Zero customer service.

  Ordered a bagel with peanut butter. Only got the bagel. I noted on the counter a service award. Not today.

  Bought a bagel and left to my terminal to eat before flight. Opened wrapper and had a bagle that definitely was not fresh and was either left in warmer for so long or reheated ( I assume reheated) to the point that the cheese had literally burnt and the sandwich was inedible. I have never had such terrible einstein bros which is why I was so shocked due to the cost. Contacted online for refund due to no time to return to deal with the restraunt in person (and no desire to deal with someone who would serve this) with no response of course.... terrible and advertised as "fresh" is bonkers how someone would sell an 11+ dollar inedible sandwich. Straight to the trash.
