- DLDanuel Lindale1 day ago5.0Took my out of towner family here for a late night coffee and they sure loved it. The staff was so friendly I looked around to see if we were being prank'd. My sister in law said it was THEE best coffee she's ever had. There were two ladies in there i think her name was Zomo and Dimmy? Heck I forgot but by no means were they forgettable. So bubbly and vibrant. Even though I live about an hour from this one, DB Coffee Grapevine will be my go to because of them!

- TBTenetta BryantMar 10, 20265.0I was having the worst day ever or so, I thought on March 5, 2026 that was until I came across Abby and Ella at your store. These two amazing people saw my emotions. Abby prayed with me in the drive-through and Ella wrote a scripture that was much needed and very comforting on my cup. They didn’t know what I had been through or the severity of it. I was able to just share a piece of it through my tears, but with that they showed such compassion in their service and just a small cup of coffee, which doesn’t seem like much to others, but to me in that one cup of coffee that day gave me strength and the ability to face the day as I had to put nearly 100 children out of childcare without notice and those things were out of my control I know you all don’t know me and why that would matter, but I love what I do. My career is my passion children and families are my passion people in the service industry. Do not get the credit. They deserve for all the hard work that they do and just those two individuals that day restored my faith in humanity, even just a little bit and I’m forever grateful I went back today and everyone was equally as nice. I was able to run into Ella who also shared Abby‘s name with me because I wanted to make sure to acknowledge them both as those individuals truly made my day on March 5, 2026. Keep up the good work Dutch Bros thank you.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
