First and foremost yall are SO RUDE including I believe the shift supervisor her name is Melissa It’s actually sad. Only one girl there was decent, it was the girl at the counter. I didn’t get any other names of the closers. I go to Dunkin to get my dad coffee because he’s not able to, I don’t ever go to this Dunkin, however won’t be going back I advise no one to go here. Placed a mobile order I believe 30 or so minutes before they’re suppose to close at 9 not 5 minutes before not even 10. I understand wanting to get out early and go home. When I got there It was already impolite/not welcoming. I said I had a mobile order, one of the girls said they’re closed they have everything off. They informed me they close at 8:15pm. If yall close at 8:15, fix your hours very simple. Don’t make it to where people waste their time and money when it states on the app yall close at 9 pm. Was NOT offered a refund OR a solution to the issue which is in fact the stores and managements problem. I asked for a managers number and name they said they don’t have one. One of the girls called someone named Melissa however and she told me she was a manager ? So not sure who that is. She was informed of the problem & I was met with the same answers, told me they close at 8:15 and everything goes off and once everything is off nothing can be made and was NOT polite about it. She offered no solution to the issue and said there’s nothing that could be done once again no refund offered either. I gave up asked for a district managers info she said she didn’t know their info. Don’t recommend definitely need training in customer service or new employees and new management just gross treatment no thank you. Why go out of your way to be rude to someone and treat people poorly who come in and spend their money on your business then make no effort to fix the problem YOU make, makes zero sense.

younger brunette guy at the register had attitude the whole time for no reason, might want to take him off the register bc his customer service is buns. Coffee was perfect tho so i’ll give him that😛 Lady who made our bagels was super sweet and did them perfect

Worst place to have your order messed up when you’re in a hurry. If you’re rushed, don’t order from here. They completely messed up my order, added bacon when it wasn’t supposed to be there, and for the hash browns, they gave me only one instead of two. I had to come back twice. And on the bonus side there is come great attitude with no sorry or anything they look like why am I coming back.

Insufficient staffing. One employee was away, the other was untrained on the POS system, was unable to complete the order, then walked to the back to be on her phone. I waited for a few minutes for the other employee but ended up just leaving.

Love this Dunkin'! Away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff is super friendly and make great coffee. Baked are always very fresh and delicious.
