My order said delivery would take 20–35 minutes — instead, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes. I called to check on it, and the manager told me the pizza had just been baked fresh. That was clearly not true. I received a notification only a few minutes after placing the order saying it was already “in the oven.” When it finally arrived, the pizza was room temperature — not warm, not hot — just cold, like it had been sitting on a counter for an hour. When I called back to complain, I explained that the driver was still in my driveway and I wanted to return the pizza and get a refund. The person on the phone made an excuse, saying they were “in a bit of a rush” and that the driver did the best she could. If the delivery estimates were accurate, I would’ve picked it up myself. To make matters worse, both pizzas were wrong — different from what I ordered. So not only was the food cold and late, but I was also lied to about it being freshly baked, and the order itself was incorrect. When I asked for a manager’s name in case the refund didn’t process, the man refused to give it, saying he doesn’t share his name “for his own safety.” That’s not professional or acceptable. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for years, but this particular location on Highway 360 continues to disappoint. There are five other pizza options within a mile — and if Domino’s can’t get orders right, deliver hot food, and treat customers honestly, they shouldn’t be surprised when people stop coming back.
