  Horrible experience. Clarissa the 2nd shift manager. Recooked the same chicken patty. When I specifically asked for a fresh burger. Its not my fault that Clarissa is also a cook. She missed up the order not me. When asked to get a fresh burger. She did the sneaking think of just re cooking the same patty. So it was crisper and and greasy then before. Same bun same vegetables. I couldn’t even eat it. All along She had this smug look on her face. Like your still eating the same sandwich. Horrible experience. I will probaly be reaching out to her district manager to file a complaint. Stay away from this Wendy especially when Clarissa is on shift.

  Employees are rude and management they are rude over every little thing, they are miserable and discontent, if you ask for anything they will try charging you even the ketchup. I wouldn’t go here ever again.
