    Extremely poor customer service at this location for my birthday night. Our server Bee, was completely overwhelmed and not professional. She was hard to locate if we needed something, she was not our dedicated server that I payed for in the party package. Brought us drinks out and had to wait for cups of water. Server consistently brought multiple orders to one table, extremely slow service. When we arrived the food had been sitting outside for a while. Loved the venue but for the amount of money we paid, overbooking the server ruined the experience for me and my guests.

    Never again. Absolutely not. I was really excited about this location opening up. I'm less than 2 mi from it and I have been visiting topgolf for over a decade. I took my daughter who was visiting from out of town and had never been yesterday, April 19th. The check-in staff was very unprofessional and weird - made some comment about the bald white guy (me), whatever the heck that is about. The big issue came with the so-called manager Tara. Or similarly named. The pudgy white woman in her thirties early '40s who was extremely rude. I see multiple posts and reviews here that call her out by name so I have no idea why you are still entertaining this absolute tyrant. To be fair our server was absolutely lovely and I tipped her well in cash, her name was Ashlee or similar. As we were playing all of the items in my pocket were dumped on the table including my wallet my cash my cards and a vape. Tara the tyrant clomped hooves on over to our table and said you have to put that away Even though I was not even using it. I thought she was joking and asked where I was supposed to put it and she said you have to put in your pocket. What? It's not even being used and I always empty my pockets when I put my glove on for golfing. I know that nobody complained because the bays on both side of us were actively vaping but I guess it's a problem that mine is just sitting on the table. Why is she mothering everybody when nobody's even breaking rules? What is this ridiculous mommy complex and rude attitude about? I see multiple comments on here about her and this place just opened. Why is nothing being done about this person? If someone wants to reach out to me I can prove I've had a corporate account with topgolf and have been going for over a decade. What the heck is going on with this location?! I was super excited about being so close to this new location and it turns out to be a complete disaster. Unimpressive would be an understatement. You guys have to do better - I think I'm done with topgolf in general. You have definitely fallen from grace and it's not worth the price anymore. There are a lot of options in this area for entertainment and this is one I would definitely advise to skip. Why am I paying $60 a person to get harassed by someone trying to mother me about NOT breaking the rules? Oh that's right so that she can flex some ridiculous authority because she's a miserable person. If you can't staff your location properly and then don't open until you can. Is it really worth a reputational loss and having a three star status? That tyran in the red shirt needs to be fired along with whomever hired her or has not yet fired her. Completely outrageous.

    Wow, what a disappointing experience for my family’s first time to Top Golf… we won’t be back. I made a reservation online for 3-5p Sunday, so we showed up right before and checked in at the front desk. I was informed that because I didn’t respond to their texts leading up to 3p then I almost lost my reservation - what? 🤔 Then, we weren’t given our bay until 3:10, but the 2 hour timer had already started at 3p, so we were cheated out of 10 minutes of playtime. Our waitress (whom we saw a total of 4 times the entire 2 hours) was extremely rude, never brought us waters, and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience. We ended up ordering almost everything through the app. The drinks and food were middle of the road - way overpriced and nothing to write home about. Be prepared to advocate for your food, drinks, and service - not worth the huge expense.

    Already an eye soar in the community with the ugly giant nets - my family and I thought let's not judge a book by its cover and give this a try. We live just down the street, our home is a couple minutes away. We went in for the walk-in service and were told there's a 4 hour wait. So basically there's no such thing as a walk-in if its a the weekend or nice weather because there's a big up-tic in how many people go. The desk service person looked at me like she didn't care either. Also, I did do a reservation beforehand but given that it was our first time we didn't want to commit to 2 hours if we didn't like it. So we opted for the walk-in instead, but never got a chance to try it out because of the 4 hour wait. While inside, I asked to cancel my reservation and the desk service person said she couldnt do that..She was going try to get a manager, before I said, I'll just cancel it from home. Why make it a big deal with getting all kinds of managers, it seems stupid they don't have a way to cancel a reservation from the service desk where you should be able to get help for any kind of service they offer. Im sure no one cares either because, Top Golf obviously makes its money off of the people who stay a while, order food, etc.. But I see now how these things become popular when they first open to then lose its popularity as the years go by. There doesn't seem to be a solid business strategy for attracting new customers other than setting up shop in a new upcoming neighborhood. First impression, was bad, uncomfortable, and frustrating. Never going back again.

    I had a really disappointing experience at Topgolf Grand Prairie. This was actually our first time visiting this location, and we were excited to come out and try it since it just opened. I even drove over 30 minutes to get there, so we were really looking forward to a good experience—but it was the complete opposite. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude from the start. Despite the poor service, we initially wanted to extend our time at the bay, but the manager told us we had to go downstairs and book an entirely new bay. This made no sense, especially since it wasn’t a peak hour and there were plenty of open bays. The service only got worse from there. Our food order came out incorrect, and thankfully another employee (who wasn’t even assigned to us) stepped in to fix it. Meanwhile, our bay host had an attitude when bringing drinks—particularly when we asked for water to go along with our alcoholic beverages, which is pretty standard. Because our food came out late and wrong, we ended up with a lot left over. When we asked for to-go boxes after being told we couldn’t extend our time, we were given only ONE box for over 40 wings. That was incredibly frustrating. We spent over $350, and honestly, the experience was not worth it. I’ve never had service this bad at any other Topgolf location. Very disappointing—do better.
