  Don't order online. The store management doesn't update their ingredient list on their own website so if they're out of something it should reflect on the site when you're ordering however it doesn't so when you get to the store your sandwich is made but missing ingredients that you paid for or paid extra for and you're not always going to be told that so then you get all the way home and realize you paid for double cheese or double meat and you got a regular sandwich missing other ingredients.

  I came on a Sunday where only one man, Kenneth, was working with a long line of in diners and takeout orderers. He was by himself, no managers or supervisors in sight but still handled the pressure very professionally!

  Food was great ,bread was not fresh , employees were friendly ,manager she had major issues, needs to take a respect class not a nice lady.

  I have been coming to this location for a while now but I had a bad customer service experience today . The lady was making my sandwich while having the handle of the toaster touch it and when I confronted her about it she started giving me an attitude and put more sauce on my sandwich than I asked for and upon mentioning it she gives me more attitude and says she can choose to refuse service rather than apologize . Really bad experience. I hope employees are taught to do better and most importantly respect customers and apologize when wrong .
