Went today tried to order and I was speaking really loud and the first person said he could not hear and stoped helping and put the screen to start again. Wait for some time nobody came back. We press de red button again and another person responded and insisted they could not hear me. The music inside the restaurant was so loud and reason why they did not listen. At the end opted to leave without ordering

Went here to get ice cream with my daughter. First off the kid that took my order was extremely rude. We waited for ever for 2 sonic blasts and an order of poppers. The order was completely wrong we got one sonic blast when we ordered 2 . So the girl who brought out our food went back in we waited again then told me I didn't order the other sonic blast and was gonna charge me again. Horrible experience and I don't like giving bad reviews but I would rather have given no stars on this one. The whole situation could have been made right then there would have been no reason for this review

My family and I went here on Saturday March 21st 2026. We paid for our food, the system acted as though the transaction did not go through on their end even though it took it out of my account. The young lady at the drive through said Sonic doesn't allow duplicate charges to go through so I swiped again. Two charges came out. Now I have to dispute the second charge. It may not seem like a big concern but it is. Two charges at 26 dollars adds up. And the fact that I have to dispute it is aggravating since she states the system would not allow it. The place is fine but with this economy you can't just shoo people out by stating incorrect information. I like this place but I will avoid it moving forward since they could not ensure the second charge would not go through.
