  I need to give a special to Ashley who if not a manager of that store should be she took excellent care of me and my family and I wanted to say thank you for such a great experience with Panera bread and we will be back soon thanks again Ashley

  Was welcomed warmly, met friends, enjoyed a selection of unique drinks: agave lemonade, papaya tea, and rosehip tea. I had a cup of the lemonade, it was new and delicious. The decor was cozy, and after some time, a server came round with a tray of samples: cranberry crumble and chocolate cake. Yum!

  The lady working the drive through window tonight at 8pm 04/10/2026 was so rude when I got to the window. She did not speak, took my money, gave my change, and my food with out a word even after I said thanks and have a good night. She clearly needs to be retrained, it is not even that busy. I will drive up to the Panera on trinity next time before I ever come here again. Piss poor attitude. I was nothing but a gentleman getting food.

  I had a stressful time ordering a large lunch order for my job and Stephanie the manager here really stepped in to help reduce that stress! Thank you so much, so refreshing to have food service willing to go above and beyond!

  I was getting donation from your organization to feed the homeless,I was approved. The manager Connor stop helping and would not even except my calls. This manager stated, that he will talk with the store manager and never did.I have try to call but they won't answer my call . Unprofessional by that manager and he lied to me manager Connor . This is not right . I told the community as well as the church this happened concerning the organization.
