  First things first if you have cashiers on the clock why pay them for not taking an order at the front forcing me to use the kiosk and having an attitude at most …. Then proceeded to asked for the manager on the clock (3:50 pm ) and they said that both the front cashiers are done for the day so I didn’t even order left and now we are here smh what has McDonalds come too that’s why they are losing costumers going to Burger King from now on ….

  Food: Sausage McGriddle, hashbrown, coke. - The sausage mcgriddle smelled so weired and the sausage patty was hard in certain spots. The Hashbrown was fine, very greasy, but it always is. My coke came with no ice, I asked for light ice but whatever. Drive thru was fine, it was really hard to hear what the person was saying back to me as the speaker kept breaking up. Overall, typical McDonald's minus the weired McGriddle, never had a bad McGriddle before.

  Worst McDonald They took forever for a frappe and gave me a frappe that look like water and the whipped cream was already melted like if they had it already prepared and just remembered it And it taste like water

  Very bad service the worst, the girl who is at the window in this shift has a terrible attitude and stole money from me my total was $11.68 and she only gave me $7.5 I didn't come back to say anything since I was in a hurry but I won't go back to that place

  Every time I visit this McDonald’s location, the experience is terrible. The staff are consistently rude, and the service feels very unwelcoming. As a Black customer, the treatment I receive often feels discriminatory and uncomfortable. On top of that, my orders are frequently wrong, items are missing, or the food looks questionable when I receive it. It has become a pattern, not just a one time mistake. Customers should be treated with basic respect and receive the food they paid for. I hope management takes these complaints seriously because this location clearly needs improvement in both customer service and quality control.
