  They have one drive lane that splits in to 2 but people keep making two which messes with the flow of traffic because it blocks the exit by doing which is hazardous. The mcdonald's encourages this by continuing to take their orders while leaving the people in the left lane to wait when they are the ones who were doing the right thing .

  They made me pay full price for a large mocha frappe and REFUSED to fill my cup with mocha all the way. WILL NEVER BUY A MOCHA HERE AGAIN. The Manager was RUDE. She refused to fill up my mocha with the full amount and she LIED saying it was not possible. IVE WORKED AT MCDONALDS YOU CAN PUT SMALL MOCHA AND THEN BLEND TO PUT MORE LIAR.

  McDonalds on 303 and Corn Valley, Grand Prairie - used app to order ahead, 21 minutes after check-in went in to get food. Food was cold and fries were soggy. It was busy for 11am, but this was very poor service and food.

  I ordered the huntrix meal today and they didn’t give me the spice for the fries. They gave me regular medium fries, and they didn’t even give me the sauce. I will never show up at this location again For this exact reason and it’s not the first time it happened. Next time people ask for sauce, please make sure it is in the bag. Customer service was good tho.

  I tell the cashier hello thank you and i answered myself because she didnt reply I go to get my order they tell me to pull up to the 3rd window I ordered a Caramel Frappe no whip cream So they make another one where they just took off the whip cream kinda blended it again and no caramel Bad attitude
