  Omg we had a BALL yesterday we really enjoyed ourselves!! Came in Saturday I must say Thomas at the front was so incredible and so helpful. He was able to answer questions and help us with purchasing the right passes. He need a raise & shout out he was so helpful and kind. Thanks for a blast.

  Christina is hands down the absolute best bartender at Main Event! She’s always attentive, incredibly sweet, and makes every drink perfectly. She goes above and beyond to make sure our food comes out hot and everything is just right. You can tell she truly cares because she consistently does the right thing and creates such a great experience every time. It’s always a pleasure coming in and seeing her she really is the best of the best!

  Bre is honestly one of the better servers I’ve been in. The community is really chill and welcoming, so it doesn’t feel awkward trying to join conversations or meet new people. The mods do a good job keeping things under control without being overly strict, which makes the whole vibe feel balanced. There’s always something going on too, whether it’s casual chats, events, or just people joking around. It’s the kind of server you can hop into anytime and not feel out of place. Overall, if you’re looking for a server that’s active, friendly, and not toxic, Bre is definitely worth being in.

  Recently went to main event in GP with the family and had the best time. Our bartender Deion was very attentive, prompt, and most of all…. fun!!! He made our experience that much more enjoyable. Good was delicious and drinks were on point. We will definitely be back..especially on nights Deion is working! Thanks Deion for making our time at main event such an enjoyable and entertaining experience!!!

  Had a first time ever today. Came to Main Event for bowling, and there were numerous technical difficulties. The first lane we were on wouldn't move the machinery for the pins nor return the ball, so we got moved to another lane. The exact same thing happened on the other lane, except this time there was severe lack of urgency from the employees. One kid looked like he wanted to help but had no idea what he was doing, and there was a few employees hanging out at the front desk looking like they were enjoying their conversation rather than help the customers. He was the only employee who tried to help and fix the issue, so he deserves a better rating than the rest. We kept having to go to the front to get help which they obviously had no concern over. After an overall 45 minutes of waiting and not being able to bowl, my friend went to get a refund, to which he said the employee was so confused as to why he would ask that. Probably because we waited for 45 minutes for technical difficulties to get fixed which never did, with no urgency nor concern, and bare minimal communication of which there was no knowledge on what to do. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location. I would recommend adult management to be available and operators to repair the technical and mechanical issues during the evening hours, as the kids working had no concern, urgency, nor knowledge to fix the issues.
