  So I ordered a Vito with Cheddar cheese and extra mayo. I get home and take a bite...there is NO MEAT on my Vito. I don't know if buddy thought I ordered the Vegan or what, but yeah. I got a mayo and cheese sandwich.

  I place an online order for delivery for their $8.99 deal. When I received my food, everything that I asked for on my sandwich was not put on. Then my sprite tasted like seltzer. I tried to call, but the number didn't work. How do you have a number that can't be called. I was disappointed, and I had no drink.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST JIMMY JOHNS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! My sandwiches are never right!!!!! Tonight I ordered a sandwich at 8:05pm I live less than 5 minutes away and apparently they had no drivers..OHHHH AND NO WORKING PHONES…I’m assuming no cellphones either!! I go see why it’s taking my food ALMOST AN HOUR..I walk in at 8:55 to my food not on the delivery station but behind the counter,why idk!! The “manager” told me they had no drivers so I asked why didn’t anyone let me know he said they had no phones..Mind you it’s inside of a gas station with a Dunkin’ Donuts inside as well…NO PHONE??? I will be taking this as far as it can go because this is unacceptable!!! & now I have to wait 3 days to see if it’s actually voided because I refused the food because it was sitting out for 45 mins!!!
