My order was completely wrong, items were missing, and the food that was in the bag was ice cold like it had been sitting out forever. I called expecting a simple fix — just remake the food I paid for — and instead I got attitude from the manager the moment I opened my mouth (mind you, I had to wait on hold for 17 minutes before i got to speak to her). I’ve never dealt with someone so rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The manager flat-out told me they “can only give the missing items” and refused to remake anything, even though the rest of the food was stone cold and clearly not fresh. No apology. No effort. No basic customer service. Just straight-up refusal to make things right. If this location is going to mess up orders and then argue with customers instead of fixing their own mistakes, there is absolutely no reason to come here. I expect someone from management or corporate to contact me directly to make this right, because the experience at this store was unacceptable. This store has gone downhill since the recent “remodel”. If i could, i would give this location and this manager 0 stars. My visit happened on Tuesday, December 9th at 9pm.
