It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Zero sense of urgency from management for online ordering and pickup everytime I go there. I watched as the manager (bigger white lady in grey polo) is pushing hard on drive thru as the dining room filled with customers. Waited 25 minutes on an order ahead. Young hispanic girl was genuinely trying (dont know her name but she usually works mornings) at the counter and showed genuine sympathy and urgency as she was shuffling multiple customers at the counter and then pulling orders from the back by her self until a lady stepped in to help.

5-6 workers all standing at the register while I was waiting for 5 mins to just place my order only person in line. They where clocking out so they where all ordering themselves food and manager came out and gave them a discount on their food and even said himself “customers come first” workers continues to ignore me.

Biranna had such great customer service. I was so impressed with her professionalism. I’ve been to many what a burgers across Texas and I was impressed with her service! Thank you Briana for setting such a high standard!

I can't give any stars for the rest of it, but everybody else inside looked like they were having a great time. I don't have time to eat inside many places except for breakfast which could be at any time of the day for me but going through the drive-thru was really fast and like I said they gave me a free refill. The police officer who showed me how to get there was as kind as anybody I've ever met and on unaffected by petting of a skeleton I brought from El Paso LOL. It's Halloween season so the whole city was great so far. I love it all. I'll be sad to it when I leave here
Like I said my overall impressions of the place was a good atmosphere happy employees thoughtful, kind citizens and open. I don't know how late they were open I guess they were open till whatever time. Because it was about 1:30 in the morning so they probably 24/7. I'm not real sure about that y'all. Are going to have to find out. Thanks

Beware of other reviews!!
I was a little adamant about visiting this location because of all the one-star reviews and complaints from other folks. This place was perfect when my gf and I visited.
We came on a Monday at 10 pm. Not a lot of other customers were there, so that might have something to do with our experience. Also noticed a gentleman in the kitchen who seemed to be the manager, so idk if the employees were just on their best behavior for that reason... but regardless, a good experience is a good experience.
I had a medium meal. #1 Burger with fries and a drink. My girl had a salad. Our food arrived at our table in about 2-3 minutes. They forgot to put my burger in the bag but quickly brought it to me and apologized before I got a chance to take everything out of the bag. Our meals tasted great. Nothing was wrong or undercooked. Got exactly what we expected.
There seemed to be some other folks/non-customers lurking around. Saw a girl walk in and fill a gas station cup with soda. Some other customers were weird. A lady was rudely staring at other customers with eyes agape. Some customers next to us were being big potty mouths. Rude!
I wonder if sometimes the employees here may have sour attitudes because of weird and rude customer behavior...
