Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I visit this establishment from time to time and have always been satisfied, this morning is not that same apeace unfortunately.
It started off great, I went to the cashier and asked for a #24 and a #22 and then the cashier said in a rude and frustrating way (bacon or sausage.)
I answered sausage (sorry) the small print is not that visible. She rapidly blinked her eyes and ignored my comment.I then asked her if she was having a good day and she replied are you?
I did not intend to upset this cashier and all I wanted to do was relax and enjoy whataburger bkft before I started my day.
To top that off she gave me my receipt without any eye contact at all.
But after I sat she walked up to a guest that sat 2 tables next to me and asked the customer, hey I'm not a rude person am I.
I am pretty nice to everyone that comes in and he said yes your nice to everyone and proceeded to say there's a guy 2 tables down that thought I was rude (I never mentioned her rudeness at all ).
I thought that was completely unprofessional but again I did not react.
She brought my food and said any condiments ketchup without any attempt at eye contact at all.i grabbed condiments and she swiftly left.
I don't know what happened to this employee but I came in at about 7:50 and I am still here having my breakfast.
Maybe I should know what i want to order before I come to the cashier or maybe (just maybe) cashiers should expect to make sure that customers get what they want by asking those questions.
Came in as a whataburger fan in bkft lunch or dinner but this mistreatment of me by a cashier has made me decide on going to another whataburger that is not conveniently 5 min away.
I am very disappointed in the behavior of this whataburger establishment employee she is old enough to know better.
Good service is everything

Avoid this location—save yourself the frustration.
Since this is the closest Whataburger to me, I’ve given it plenty of chances, but I’m officially done. The "Curbside" service is an absolute joke. Every single time I order, I end up sitting in my car for 30 minutes watching the clock.
Eventually, I have to give up and go inside to get the food myself, which completely defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. When you finally do walk in, don't expect a "hello" or any kind of acknowledgment. The employees are incredibly unfriendly; they don’t greet you, and they act like you’re an inconvenience for asking for the food you already paid for.
If you value your time and want to be treated like a paying customer, drive the extra few miles to a different location. This one isn't worth the headache.

Read the reviews and was a bit hesitant to stop by…. Let me tell yall, this is by far my 2nd favorite location in the DFW. Yes I do have to “wait” a bit for my food, but guess what? It’s ALWAYS FRESH AND DELICIOUS! the staff is great and my food is delicious 10/10. Maybe the ones who are complaining about “customer service” are just entitled or miserable.

#1 , Chicfila across the way is way faster on any orders going out and if they have both lanes open ALWAYS!!!!. #2 if i order in the second lane and its fully open , I shouldn't have to back up and be at the end of the line thats longer, especially for ONE ITEM .Whataburger would be a much more friendly environment to be around if the franchise would hire more of the young men and women who take pride in their jobno matter the pay . As one who has worked in the food industry, I know how it goes .

We go to this location often on weekends in the morning before grocery shopping. Meals have been made correctly and tasted fine. They bring us the food pretty quickly. In the mornings the tables are often dirty. From what ive seen on the weekend they have a young lady who works who is always smiling and welcoming. But there is a you can that works that acts like he would rather be anywhere in the world but there taking your order. Never smiles, never welcomes and barley speaks two words. But all in all its a decent experience on weekend mornings.
