    We ordered and received cold food and a drink with a dead insect on the lid. The manager gave me a hard time as if she didn’t believe me concerning my drink, even after just coming through the drive through and purchasing a frosty pass with my order. She then just took the drink without saying a word gave me a cup and went back to work. No concern for other potential bugs. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

    Ordered a bacon double asked for no cheese no mustard or onions or tomatoes. They still put cheese on my burger. I didn't want cheese because I'm Lactose intolerant. Receipt even says no cheese. How hard is it to follow simple instructions

    This location is the closest to home so I come pretty regularly and During any day shift iv never experiences any bad customer service or bad food most of the time it’s fresh but for my two most recent visits iv had such a horrible experience on the first visit. it started before I could even make it to the window I could hear the attitude thru the speakers the lady working she was rushing me and huffing and puffing thru the mic like I was bothering her and she just had me waiting on the window waiting she was avoiding talking with me and was making a stank face at me and the second visit when I pulled up to order i experienced the same thing and when I pulled to the window I seen it was the same lady for the previous visit this time she didn’t say much but when after she gave me my food she slammed the window and said something this lady worked night shift Sunday (nov 30 ,2025) and Wednesday (dec 3,2025)
