Jass at Topgolf was amazing! From the moment we got there, Jass made sure everything ran smoothly. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. She explained how everything worked, checked in on us at the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling overbearing!
We went to Topgolf today and played for about 90 minutes. We’re regulars and come on different days, so we know what the food and service are usually like.
This time though, the food was really disappointing. The wings tasted burned and like they had been reheated, and the fries were definitely not fresh. The pizza was okay, but overall it just didn’t feel like the quality we’re used to getting here.
I do want to shout out Romeo — he’s one of the best servers there. He didn’t miss a beat and took great care of us like always. Honestly, all the servers are usually great.
What really bothered me was how the situation was handled when I mentioned the fries weren’t up to the usual standard. The manager on duty (she declined to give her name, but I believe it was Tara/Terra) was dismissive and came across as very condescending. Instead of trying to fix the issue or even just acknowledge it, she made it feel like we were the problem for bringing it up.
As regular customers, that was disappointing. We spend money here often and just expect to be treated respectfully when we raise a concern. If this is how guest feedback is handled, we might start going to The Colony location instead, where the managers have always treated us well.
I’m hoping this gets addressed because we actually enjoy coming here we just want the food and management response to match the level of service we know Topgolf can provide.

I have been to the one in Dallas, but I like this location just the same. Great atmosphere and great staff. I took my father in law because he loves to golf and hasn't in a while. So let me tell you he really enjoyed himself. Our waiter at the bay was thought and kind. She gave great suggestions with was the blu berry martini, fried mozzarella, and the hot honey pepperoni pizza. All of it was good and gone. The staff was great but be mindful of you time left at the bay. Wel will be back.

Came here today for my son's bday and we had an amazing time! I mostly have to credit our server, Destiny, because she made our experience better than any of our previous visits at other locations! We were in bay 207 upstairs. Destiny was so quick, courteous, thoughtful, bubbly, funny, all while being professional and like SO pretty! Sheesh, management hit tbe jackpot hiring her! Our family will keep coming to this location if this visit and service is representative of what to expect here! Thanks for making his bday memorable and fun!

I had a very disappointing experience at Topgolf Grand Prairie. Jayden completely mishandled our spot on the waitlist. We were originally told the wait would be about 1 hour, and then without any explanation it was suddenly changed to a 4-hour wait. There was no clear reasoning given, no communication, and not even an apology for the inconvenience.
Customer service matters, especially when people are spending their time and money at your establishment. It was frustrating to deal with someone who showed no accountability or basic courtesy. Bringing in young staff is fine — but proper customer service training should come with it.
Do better, Topgolf Grand Prairie.
