    Electronic kiosk for ordering refused to work. I placed my order with a lot of trouble, then couldn’t check out and pay because the kiosk locked up. I walked out and decided this Taco Bell wasn’t worth the effort.

    Manager does not care. How she got hired is beyond me 7PM Friday night. I was doordashing. My order was a high paying order. The manager had 1 girl doing 5 different things. 1 worker on her phone standing in front of the orders. The manager nor the employees acknowledged any of the doordashers there until I spoke up. Which was 10 minutes after we all were patiently waiting. The manager is either inexperienced or didn't care. Either way. I don't recommend ordering DD from this location. Your food will be sitting there for a while

    Been sitting in line for my order for 20 minutes now, no movement at all; last time I was at this location they told me they were out of anything fried and cancelled my online order but didn’t notify me prior to arriving. This being the second chance, I am disappointed by their service.

    The girl doing the drive thru had a nasty attitude over the intercom and when you pulled around to the window. I asked for hot and mild sauce she basically poured the whole box in the bag. She pushed the drinks out almost spilling them, the only reason I came to this location is because its closer to my home but I might start going down to the next exit if the service is going to be like his.
