  All your employees need soft skills training in customer service. I never write reviews, but this interaction was truly so horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. What could have been an easy and quick interaction, became a whole argument that they escalated. We came in politely asking that some items were missing from our order and the lady at the window was so rude and took our food to prove that we had the items (which is super unsanitary and I hope whatever they gave us back was new food). She called management or whoever over since she couldn’t explain herself. We ended up leaving because we didn’t want to keep arguing. Hope this location gets better soon, since every time I go my order is wrong and the employees are rude.

  You would think new place, let’s break the chain of NOT missing items I ordered. Nope, gave this place too much credit. Food was missing and when I went back Thais young man was arguing with me and an associate said “oh sorry he’s new” really?!? That’s not an excuse either give me a refund or the food. Not to mention we are inside they checked the bags and the food. Come on guys, if you can’t do the job, then leave. You’re making the experience and environment negative.

  My order was wrong. Long story short, I ended up calling the customer service toll free number and was promised a $10 voucher twice, I’m still waiting. Awful experience!!

  Went thru drive thru and ordered an item listed plus just got two days prior at another location. Man is drive thru said it was discontinued which I questioned him about and he straight lied. I called two other locations and verified it was still on menu..
