- JAJocelyn AguinagaNov 10, 20252.0After leaving the gym we wanted to pick up some sandwiches. A black gentleman wearing a beanie ( not wearing a name tag) did not have a good attitude. When being asked about out customization of our sandwiches he just looked at the bread and told us “ that’s not gonna fit” we have ordered the same way at every subway and never had problems with this before the person even touched the product. He barely wrapped our sandwich and seemed like he wanted us to leave. I understand being tired and it late but we were hungry and worked a long day as well. You don’t see us taking that out on a service worker so service workers shouldn’t behave poorly towards customers. Shouldn’t have tipped but that goes against our morals, hope to come back soon to better service and better attitude.

What is the point of wearing a cap if your VERY LONG hair is still hanging out in front of your face where your eyes are not visible and your face is directly over the food you serve? Please manager/owner address this discrepancy so that when the inspector comes around they don't close you down. Totally unacceptable.
