Food was cold. Wanted to charge me for marinara sauce even though I ordered 18 cheesticks. Since when do you charge for sauce at ONE Sonic location and not others?

This is the worst sonic I have ever been too , the night manager there is horrible I came to get two drink and they had me waiting over 30 mins for two drinks but had 6 cars get there orders before me , when they got there after me and when I ask one of the employees for help that say they can’t and they need a second. I come back 5 hours later for my drinks and they have nerve to not say sorry for what happened and charge me for a drink I had ordered for my daughter, what a fast food restaurant

Pull into parking/ service space. Pressed button to place order waited 2 minutes then another minutes. No answer. No "we will be with you soon" absolutely nothing. Finally an employee came out to give food to the car parked next to me. I thought 5 minutes. No answer on speaker not even a hello be with you shortly... nope nothing . I backed up. Proceeded to leave when an employee said we can take your order. Nah. Don't worry about if it take 6 minutes to even answer. I bet it will take 2 or 3 times that long to get food.

Don't order here. I placed an order and it's been more than 20 minutes. I asked what's the delay and was told they were busy with drive thru orders

We went by on a Saturday night around 9:30. There was no other customers so I expected my food to be made properly. I live less than 5 minutes from this sonic. When we got home everything was cold. Fries, tots maybe its expected but still I’ve never had them be as cold as they were. Burgers were also cold that not even the cheese was melted. I had asked for no pickles on one of the burgers I repeated it actually and employee told me it had no pickles but yet still added pickles. Mozzarella sticks were also cold, cheese not melted at all. Also ordered a sonic blast and ice cream tasted sour. First time I’ve ever had an experience where every single item was bad.
