  My burger was bleeding When I told the manager seemed like she didn't care I asked for another and it was worse If you like bloody burgers then this is the place to go to

  This was my 1st time here. We ordered what was popular the Italian beef and sausage, the Chicago style hot dogs and onion rings. When I opened up my onion rings it was only 3 of them in there so since I hace never been there, I asked them if the side of onion rings only came with three. They looked at me like I was lying , and between the employee and 2 managers went back there to I guess talk about it and only then I got a new side of onion rings. The bread from the hot dog was super cold, the iced tea had a really weird flavor and so did the Coke. This was my 1st and last time going to Portillos

  I like Portillo’s. It was a great decision when they came to this area and I hope I get one closer to where I live. I love their hotdogs! And I thought their strawberry cake would be just a regular cake—no! It’s a strawberry shortcake and it’s better than Griff’s, so that is saying something!

  If I could leave a zero star review I would.. the food was disgusting I would have been happier eating Dog chow , my Philly was soaking wet for absolutely no reason, not from sauce or heavy mayo just soggy and flavorless , the fries were covered in so much salt that I got dizzy and I can still taste the salt on my tongue a hour later .. thought about circling back to ask for a refund but it wasn’t even worth my time I threw the food out the window like garbage for stray dogs to eat at the nearby park , couldn’t pay me to eat this trash again yuck .. will never return

  I love the all-American vibe of this place, but oh my God can we get some flavor? Like literally how did it not taste like anything? I’m so shocked. I had to go home and take a Covid test to make sure that it wasn’t because of that. Like oh my God, the service was made but like whatever I don’t care about that honestly it just didn’t taste like anything and I’m so pissed that I had to waste so much money on this like, what the hell am I in the wrong?
