I usually have positive patronage at my local Panera Bread in Maine, so I was shocked, appalled if you will by the service at the Grand Prairie, TX location. The manager, Ashley, was rude and made offensive remarks under her breath, including a comment about “you people,” which I found deeply disrespectful as a Thai person. We left without eating and will not return to this location. This is unacceptable that they let someone with such a low moral character be a manager at this establishment. Ashley more like Trashley….
