  Food is gross and overpriced. Building is run down and smells like mold and mildew. Manager on shift the day I came was weird. He’s presence just felt off

  Food is fine, but very disappointed that they changed many menu items over to mirror Pappasitos. Especially getting rid of the OTB salsa, which I REALLY liked. If I want Pappasitos chips and salsa, I'd just go there.

  Came in after a long flight 23 minutes before closing and ordered, was never brought chips and salsa because the waitress said they were put away for the night, ordered a margarita and was told the salt for the rim was put away for the night, food was just mediocre. Should have just went to Taco Bell…..

  The food is always fresh-the staff is always friendly-the restaurant is always clean-the beverages are always delicious. We love coming here.

  BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!! Yall totally changed everything, menu, quality, etc. Not acceptable to me. There were several things that kept me coming back to On The Border, but yall took away the main thing and totally changed the other! Your whole menu is different, and the prices have skyrocketed!! The Bordurrito, which is the main thing I ordered, is gone completely?? Why? The waitress told me she could probably have them make me something similar, but it would be almost 30.00 to do it!!! Seriously! Wow!! I also always order the Border Sampler. Why the heck did yall change it up? More expensive, less quantity, no small portion of queso to dip the sampler in, and just way way different than it used to be. We were a table of 5. I almost ordered 2 samplers to accommodate all of us, but im sure glad I didn't! The one I did order only got half eaten. So, today was a waste of 125.00. Unfortunately, due to the changes yall made, I will never return and find something more authentic and worth it, and maybe be able to support a local business instead of a major company that doesn't care about its customers. Yall should have kept things like they were, left it alone, amdbyou would not be losing business. But as if now, every single thing I ordered today was horrible, bland, small quantity, and increased prices. Shame on you for sure!! John out!
