- WPwaylane popeFeb 22, 20261.0CAME TO THIS LOCATION AT 2 AM ON SUNDAY FEB 22. RETURNED HOME TO EAT MY MEAL AND BIT INTO PAPER ON MY QUATER POUNDER. RETURNED IMMEDIATELY AND TOLD THE MANAGER ON DUTY WHAT HAD OCCURRED. THEY REPLACED THE ORDER. I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY ABOUT 2PM. I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A DAY TIME MANAGER. AFTER EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPEN SHE KINDA BLEW IT OFF BECAUSE NO ONE SHARED THE INCEDENT IN JER GROUP MESSAGE. AS IF IT DID NOT HAPPEN. REALLY RUDE LADY AND SPOKE LIKE JOB WA MORE IMPORTANT THAN A CUSTOMER ISSUE. I WORK IN SERVICE AND SHE BY FAR IS THE WORST MANAGER IVE EVER DEALT WITH. OFFEREDE A REFUND FOR THE BURGER AND THAT I SIGNED A PAPER...I DECLINED SIGNING ANYTHING. I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE THE INFO. FOR THE OWNERS FRANCHISE AND SHE SAID SHE IS NOT AT LIBERTY TO GIVE ME THAT INFORMATION (LIES). I JUST DIDNT FEEL VALUED AS A CUSTOMER IN THE WHOLE INTERACTION. BAD ATTITUDE AND LACK OF DECORUM DURING OUR INTERACTION. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE AND IN THE BRAND. I CAN ACCEPT A MISTAKE BUT THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO MANAGE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ARE LACK LUSTER AT BEST...THE COMMUNITY DESERVES BETTER I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO A McDonald's again. That was a completely disgusting experience...The food and the management!
