My cousin paid for us and they didn't tell him until after that it was a 3 hour wait! We sat down and a waitress finally came to our table after about 15 minutes. After putting in our order the food came about 30-45 after. The drinks were forgotten. The kitchen manager tried to assist. The food was expensive and mediocre, and cold. We sat for about 3 1/2 hours and still didn't get a chance to bowl. I never spend my hard earned money there again!

A reached out to the hostess who sat us and she said they were having some issues and someone had just gotten fired .but im lume what does that has to do with us..anyways she said.sjell let thea.ager know we were waiting for swevice.and we waited another 20min. No one even got close to us to ask if we need anything . Never again will I visit that place .

I did promised him that his birthday party was going to take place there, we made sacrifices to pay for it, we were expecting for the Bill to be less than 1500.00 which my husband stated that it will be possible. PLEASE DO NOT Book parties there as it will be a total Nightmare, My Garmin Watched CLOCKED 5893X2 Steps because I was behind Hostess and Kitchen personnel also I was the one taking drinks to my own guest. This place should be stress free for parents hosting parties. I have Emailed BBB, The Email showing for Main even does not even work. Food was not on time, Bowling lines with no shoes, I had to literally step in the kitchen to ask for the Food that was orders for my guest as a party. Laser tag they over book several at the same time It was just a mess!
