    We had to wait over 30 mins to get food . Which was almost given to the wrong table. We had to tell three different waiters about the missing drinks. I finished all my food before I eventually got my drink. They did apologize and try to make it up. So I give them an A for effort.

    Very poor service from every staff member especially the lazer tag area workers, no help and got ridiculed for not knowing how to pair the lazer gun and didnt explain whatsoever, poor service and the staff was on their phones while we were lost with the equipment do not recommend.

    Very Disappointing Experience I was extremely disappointed with the level of service at Main Event. I waited several times for assistance while a manager walked by without acknowledging me. When I finally asked to speak with a manager, the same person informed me that she was the manager — which was surprising given her lack of attentiveness. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and customer care I expected.

    I usually never post reviews but today my son and I were completely disappointed by main event we got here at 5 pm and got on the wait list for bowling. Were told it would be 2 hours I completely understand it is Saturday and there is a lot of people. We went ahead and played in that arcade. After 2.5 hours we asked for the wait time again. They told us 1.5 hours because someone booked online and pushed everyone back? Completely unacceptable

    Durante un año mi hijo pidió festejar su cumpleaños ahí. Ojalá me hubiera llevado mejor experiencia. Para lo que pagué que fueron casi 500 dólares, todo me decepcionó, desde el sabor de la pizza como lo que se tardaban en atendernos. Tuve a mis invitados esperando por casi media hora hasta que me entregaron las tarjetas porque no venía el manager, desde que llegué tuve que recoger basura en el área de mi reserva. Los botes de basura llenísimos, los baños y el lugar en general estaba lleno de basura tirada por todos lados. No me llevé buena experiencia. Ojalá esos 500 dólares los hubiera gastado en otro lado.
