    The staff member that took my order was clearly distracted by the young man that had just picked up a delivery order. She kept looking outside & caused me to repeat my order several times.

    I come here about once a week the manager Mara during the day is awesome. Every time I call my order she recognizes my number and when I get there, my order is always ready on time. I work in the service industry, and I actually talk about this during my pre shifts, you have an awesome team here in Grand Prairie.

    I wouldn’t visit this location again. There was one customer in front of me. They got my sandwich completely wrong. I had no modifications, besides adding cucumber.I had two receipts in my bag. One was for a sandwich similar to mine but both missing bacon which both should have had. The tickets were clear. I called, brought the wrong sandwich back and asked for a refund and to get my correct food since it had been an hour since I ordered And for the inconvenience of having been at home already. The guy inside said he was unable to do that which I find it hard to believe because several other businesses are able to do that he just didn’t want to. I will not be back to this location.

    If I am generating your business money by delivering a order for a delivery service I should not be making the customers drinks furthermore you staple the bag shit but want me to handle the cup and fill the order myself unprofessionalism
