However, the issue I had with this food was a problem with the establishment itself rather than the delivery service. This chicken was dry, not a regular overcooked dry but a "this was cooked 24 hrs and sat under a lamp or warmer and we sold it the next day" type of dry. I could tell that if it was fresh it would've been great but it was inedible in the state I got it. Mind you that I paid good money for this. Nobody should have sent that food out in good faith. I feel like since it was delivery they just sent out some junk. The positive is that I got my refund from Grubhub.

Finally informed them of the name on the order, waited another 15 minutes, walked up to the front to find out they accidentally gave the order to someone else.. had to wait another 10 to finally get the meal. The short guy working the front needs to be fired, he even seemed to have an attitude after making the mistake as if it was my fault. I didn’t argue or fuss just got my food and left.
