    Is burnt chicken the special here? Pros: 1. Clean and quiet environment 2. More food was provided compared to other locations Cons: 1. Food took longer than usual 2. Service was slow 3. Items (sauce and utensils) were missing and chicken was burnt

    Pollo loco is always good! First time in this location while visit my family. Not many customers were at the restaurant at the time that we went, but maybe because it was early. The staff was friendly. The food was yummy, the salsa was also very good! I had a chicken bowl and it did not disappoint. Everyone should give this place a try at least once! 🤤

    We ordered 2 guacamole queso chicken burritos through grubhub. I cut my burrito in half and right away noticed there was very little chicken. Between the both of us we might have had a couple of bites of chicken each. I can't even review what it tasted like. Once I realized I was only getting bites of rice and beans I started taking pictures as I do review quite often. The guacamole had a great flavor, but the salsa verde was just watery, garlicky, and had no spice whatsoever. Was it because this was a bogo deal and that was how they adjusted for their cost? Otherwise, this would've cost $26 for the food only.
