  I’m a little disappointed because this is usually my go-to spot. I ordered the same thing I always do, but today the chicken was extremely dry and I couldn’t eat it. The salad wasn’t fresh like it normally is, the burrito rice tasted old, and my mango drink was very watered down. I hope this was just an off day, because I usually have great experiences here.

  I’ve come here (drive thru) 1-2 a week since they opened. The food has gone way downhill recently, basically every other week I get back to work and open my lunch to find 3 pieces of inedible chicken jerky. When this happened before, the only part soft enough to not crack a tooth was in the very center and tasted nasty. Today was the worst, zero chicken eaten. The outer skin of one of the thighs was harder to snap than a pencil. $13 for a couple of small sides. The staff has always been fine, except that somebody chooses to serve this. I don’t wanna have to inspect everything while parked at the drive thru window so I just won’t come back.

  First visit. Arrived during an off hour (1 pm) and there was no one dining. Tried a crispy chicken taco, a soft corn tortilla chicken taco with borracho beans. Everything was very good.

  I am writing to share how impressed I was with the service I received during my recent visit to your location. I want to personally recognize two employees who truly went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. Mark showed outstanding professionalism, patience, and care. He didn’t just do his job he made sure everything was handled perfectly and that I felt valued as a customer. His attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help were genuinely refreshing. I would also like to recognize another team member Miguel who provided equally excellent service. Both of them worked together to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently, and it made a noticeable difference in my experience. In a world where great service is becoming rare, these two employees stood out in the best way. They represent your company extremely well, and I believe they deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. Thank you for having such wonderful people on your team.
